Nike SB Blazer Mid Edge Shoes

Nike SB Blazer Mid Edge Shoes in Iron Grey, Black and Black. Presented in a low-key iron grey and black colourway, this edition of Nike SB’s DIY inspired Blazer Mid Edge features high quality full-grain leather uppers with a suede overlay around the front of the toes and extra material in high-wear areas. The raised collar silhouette helps to protect the ankle whilst on the move and the full lace up fastening works to keep the foot firmly in place during demanding skate sessions whilst having cut-out eyestays for further character. The double tongue design includes one made from nylon mesh and the other with an exposed foam edge for a comfortable finish, complete with a tonal Nike SB Blazer Mid Edge woven label below its top edge. On either side of the foot elongated Swoosh tick emblems have been added, one cut from black leather and the other with a frayed stitch outline and subtle perforation holes encourage ventilation. On the back of the heel embroidered ‘Nike’ lettering adds further character and below, above the all black rubber midsole, an additional line of rubber increases durability. A Zoom Air unit has been placed within the sockliner for a springy, responsive feel and vulcanised construction fuses the outsole to the upper for a flexible, broken-in finish.

With a customised look that is sure to turn heads, this model has been created as part of a new series that incorporates DIY elements to bring extra flare to a core Nike SB footwear design. Influenced by a movement for sneaker fans to add their own personal touches to their favourite shoes, Nike SB have presented their own selection of designs that offer the same aesthetic straight from unboxing whilst retaining the same beneficial features for skateboarding to ensure they withstand repetitive wear and demanding skate sessions.
